I have been a photographer
for over forty years, and when light and shadows accent a scene in such
a way that makes me want to photograph it, I still get excited about
the outcome.
While traveling throughout
the United States and abroad, I always enjoy photographing the landscapes
and people with black and white film. I prefer this type of film because
of the fine art characteristics that are added to the printed image
and the drama it creates within the scene. When I work with an individual
or a family in the studio or on location, these basic elements are a
trademark of my work.
